At B&W Realty Group, we believe you should keep more of your hard-earned commission. Our Traditional Model is designed for clarity, profitability, and immediate growth.

Aggressive Splits From Day One

Residential: You keep 90% of the commission.

Commercial: You keep 80% of the commission.

Referrals: You keep 90% on standard referrals.

The Cap to 100%

Once you contribute $15,000 in splits, you cap for the year. After capping, you keep 100% of your commission for the remainder of the calendar year.

Transparent Fees

Annual Fee: Only $395

Pre-Cap Transactions
Sale: $150
Lease: $75

Post-Cap Transactions
Sale: $250
Lease: $100

Premium Protection: Includes E&O Insurance Coverage up to $1 Million, giving you peace of mind with every transaction.

    • Private Strategy Session with the Broker: Schedule a one-on-one strategy session to map out your goals, lead plan, and weekly activity targets.

    • 1:1 Coaching with Seasoned Agents & Coaches: Get practical guidance from experienced agents and coaches on client care, negotiations, contracts, and day-to-day problem solving.
